RE: to buy OR not to buy...If you do not feel comfortable,then you should not buy or hold.. Regarding sales,,RBM will probably be dealing with different levels of government,which takes time,,ie. the Alberta tender closed at the end of Oct.,, there was not a NR. stating that the sale was made until Dec.3,,one month later. I would suggest if you do not feel the wait will be worth it,, then don`t buy.. Everyone has to be their own judge. RJ
