weepee, you are exhibiting ignorance of even the most simple concepts of immunosuppression and causes of psoriasis. Why don't you educate yourself first, and then maybe you can provide some meaningful points to the conversation. That is, something more profound than: "immunosuppressants are dangerous-period". Maybe start with what psoriasis is (hint: think about over-stimulated immune system), and then if it is not too much of a stretch, the type of treatment that comes closest to tackling the root cause of the disease (hint: suppressing over-stimulated immune system). Also, maybe a refresher on why cyclosporin is used only for severe psoriasis (hint: think toxicity). I realize this is over-simplified, but when in Rome........
