I don't see the advantage to lenders driving the company into bankruptcy. The company has assets, has a clear path to profitability within a short time, has good prospects for significant stock appreciation. Even the conservative banks should be willing to lend money to a company this size. (Unless there is something I don't know about. I don't claim to be an expert on the company.)
