NO Insider Selling.Any statements indicating selling, based on the Alberta Securities reports, are completely false, and considering the source, a deliberate attempt by a shorter to bash the stock.
Any statements suggesting ISA is re-selling the shares they buyback is also rubbish, as are statements that Isotechnika is selling shares for an insider.
Referencing SEDAR reporting, on Nov 22, it was announced that 109,200 shares had been repurchased for cancellation.
The Alberta Securities transactions shown reflect the cancellation of the shares. Note that the amount of the transactions shown is EXACTLY 109,200.
