Your statement was that VC's and funds were selling ISA. I posted proof that your are wrong. Institutions are buying. So it must be the uneducated who are selling.......
Regarding CMF, yes it has been negative for the last while, and in the last week has been moving close to neutral. The other thing about the CMF is that it this TA technique shows (very) little correlation to share price for ISA over the last few years.
