It gives the Board of NHC approval throughout the year to do financings of upto 15M shares. They could be from time to time, all at once or none Of course they would seek approval for PP's but if a better opportunity came up that addressed the cash situation with other benefits....well.... Just speculating of course, but TSTN retained Goldman for a reason ....n'est pas?
