RE: Ouch!What you don't understand is the trade off for dilution. The only thing investors seem to see is that they own less of the company. The other side of the coin is that the company is now bigger (more cash) and in a position to move ahead quicker which means larger profits sooner. The financing was done at market price which is fair. Good thing they didn't do it at $1 or$1.50 a share. So let the short sighted investors bail, I'm looking forward to a stronger company in the continuing bull gold market.
