RE: Did I miss something ?I'm not sure I understand the logic linking an insiders illegal trading and a companies performance. Secondly I'm not sure that Ho is this companies "best" man. The trading does not affect how the company is doing with its day to day business and Mr Ho may have started this company but it is far bigger than he can control now. This is a publicly traded company that gets yearly audits to check that it is accurately stating what it is doing. Yes there have been a couple of problems with audits lately but that doesn't mean that every company has been doing something underhanded and getting away with it. Yes there will probably also be a few more that are discovered in the not too distant future but I believe that you have to consider a company innocent until proven guilty just like you and I.
ATI has excellent products, great R&D for the future, and a relatively sound B/S. IMO that's why there is upward pressure. The investors in the market feel that the stock has been knocked too low by the speculators and novices dumping their shares for all the wrong reasons so they are stepping in to clean up.
