From purely a technical point of viewCIC is in pretty good shape....the stock action of the past 6 months or so has systematically squeezed out a lot of the "speculative juice" out of the shareholder base, friday was constructive as there was a lot of fear in the markets (15% spike in VIX) all in all...leaving it primed and ready to take advantage of any change of circumstance
Fundamentally...well one doesn't expect the rock of gibralter..but they do have good technology, a customer base, a market in its infancy and a reasonable balance sheet so one isn't taking a complete flyer here
