You could say that it's negative for SNG because encana doesn't think there's as much gas there as previously stated. You could also look at it as Encana being conservative and an SNG find in the area being the catalyst to make Deep Panuke economical - it could be that Encana will be a very willing partner in helping a small company develop prospects near Panuke. There is no doubt in my mind that Encana knows exactly who SNG is and are biding their time to see how it all plays out.
