Clarification required for some.Teck is currently only involved with the Inulik play that Rhonda holds. Plse see the Rhonda web site for all clarifications etc. DeBeers and Rhonda have a meeting set for later this month concerning the status of the JV / possible JV that was in place. DB is only involved in the Knife property.
Teck will be announcing any day now, a drilling plan for the Inulik property. These guys aren't gonna waste any time.
DB are more then interested to keep their stake in the Knife Pipe. They have sent 6 figure cheques to Rhonda along with a small sampling of the much awaited 9 tonne mini bulk sample they took back in 2001. Rhonda returned the sample and the cheque. Rhonda is standing firm on it's demands concerning sales of any future diamonds from the Knife.
If DB want to do any drilling on Knife this year,,,they will have to get there act together at this up coming meeting. However, it has been said by RDM that drilling could take place at any time on Knife as more then half the pipe is accessable from land and does not have to be drilled when the lake is froze.
Note: If DB and RDM don't agree and DB drops the Knife Pipe, Teck is ready and waiting to jump on it.

Streams, with the potential of the land holdings that RDM has and the funny money they have from Carmina, .50 is way low IMHO. This will be passed quickly IMO once Teck announces their plans and DB and RDM meet and DB announce a plan for the Knife. DB will then release to all the results on the 9 tonne sample taken. They have had lots of chance to digest all the results so we should get a very detailed report on what they found.
