Roxmark Mines is a Gold mining exploration and development/production company in Canada, formerly listed on the Toronto Big Board but are now unlisted. When the OTC moved to Vancouver, the relisting requirements and delays resulted in their going off the board. There are 60 million shares out, and last quote when on the TSE was 14 cents.
The company owns several former producing gold mines in Ontario with operational shafts, underground ancillary equipment, and a 200 ton per day mill. The properties are fully permitted for production. Last production run was in 2001, where surface waste dumps were processed. 800 ounces were produced from approximately 16,000 tons in a trial run. A resource of underground ore has been defined at 100 foot drilling centres, of one million ounces gold at a grade of 0.357 ounces per short ton. Some of that category may be called reserves. A great deal of the defined ore grades 0.50 ounces per ton
The company is currently seeking financing to re-list on the Venture Exchange in Toronto. They estimate that 6 million Canadian is needed to ramp into 500 ton per day production, with profitability achievable within one year. An independent pre-feasibility is available on their properties upon request.
