RE: Peters & Co ... why the dump ...???Lazy too. Took a quick look but couldn't see what hold period on financing done in Feb'02 was. Possibly 1 year? Last update also seemed to indicate that operational results were a bit less than had been hoped for. %%%%%%%%%%% On February 8, 2002, the Corporation closed a private placement of 6,723,670 Common Shares at a price of $0.20 per share and 2,765,464 "flow-through" common shares at a price of $0.25 per share, for aggregate proceeds of $2,036,100. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% Griffiths & Peters were involved in the financing.
