I re-read the press release, but have not seen anywhere that this is a bought deal. The impression I get is that these houses are selling these shares in the open market on behalf of TA. In exchange, they either get an undisclosed fee, or their fee is built into the options of acquiring more shares in case of over-allottments. Corrections to this anyone?
