RE: Why is this stock falling?

RE: Why is this stock falling? What an incredible over-reaction! Everyone knew the debt would increase to fund the recent cinci acq including inventories. That was in the original news release about the acq. So what? So the earnings were weak for one quarter, look at the previous 20 quarters. This is a great opportunity to buy in to a fantastic company. I received the 2002 Annual report last week. 5 year CAGR's, Revenue 56%, EBITDA 53%, Net Earnings 63%, EPS (Basic) 48%. For FY2002, 31%, 37%, 73% & 65% respectively. Absolutely incredible numbers, does the market suddenly think they will suddenly change to 7% EPS growth longer term? Or is the market just manic depressive & looking for any reason to sell? This stock has had its mini-plunges before & has always bounced back pretty well & moved on to new highs, Cheers!!!
