AGM on May 6th

AGM on May 6thAs per SEDAR, there will be an annual and special meeting on May 6th. Point 7. Business to be conducted at the meeting: Non-Routine. Anybody received anything yet as to what will we be voting on? Also the 3rd quarter report was mailed in to shareholders on March 4th, again according to SEDAR. I thought Plaintree wanted to save money by not mailing them??? Anyway there still seems to be some little life over there!
