VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Anwar SukkariT, Chief Executive Officer and Director of WebTech Wireless Inc. ("WebTech") announces that it has successfully completed a $1,500,000 private placement and concluded its amalgamation with Caliente Capital Corp. ("Caliente") (TSX-V: CCN.P). The amalgamation is the qualifying transaction for Caliente, a Capital Pool Company on the TSX Venture Exchange. WebTech has provided the TSX Venture Exchange with the final documentation required for its shares to resume trading under a new trading symbol.
