Momentum
MomentumUnfortunately the CIBC analyst seems to have the right take on this company
and its stock. The company may be making progress in its "verticals" such as
oil and gas and public safety but Herring, in particular, will not say a word until
orders are assured. Meanwhile, there appears to be very little interest in the
stock and the market, like the CIBC analyst, appears unwilling to pay for
"future potential" in any case. The stock will remain stuck in the present low
range until the company demonstrates real progress in its chosen market
niches and it clearly communicates that progress to the market. It appears
that those events are the only things that will stimulate interest and buying.
Herring is not going to repeat the Sears debacle by leaking word of a large
order or any other positive development until he is certain things will unfold as
predicted. This is uncharacteristic of the past in the tech stock world but
probably better for the company and the stock in the long run, provided of
course that progress is truly being made.......
