RE: April 24 Big Day.

RE: April 24 Big Day.There is definately a chance the deal will not be done. Both sides want it done, but Dundee (or any other company) isn't going to go into a deal that holds risks that they are aware of, that simply haven't been resolved (Montreal). Who knows, if they both still want the deal, and can't make it by the deadline, perhaps they will extend the deadline. Afterall, all deadlines are meant to be extended. As for Bids drying up... Why would anyone bid for a company's shares, if they know they have all been tendered for the deal. AKA, almost no one has any shares to sell. Why bid on something that isn't available for sale.
