RE: Buyback Continues?

RE: Buyback Continues?t2w I don't think so, since I thought someone on this board once said that the buybacks had to be done at the ask price. All of these purchases were at the bid, therefore, I don't think these were buybacks. However, can anyone corroborate that buybacks need to be done at the ask? On the otherhand, I didn't think that 100K buyback at $0.60 for the director's options was done at the ask, that is why I stated at the time that the purchase wasn't part of the buyback. Oh well, anyone have an idea? Cheers, Oxyurid ps. Although this will likely be the kiss of death, the SP appears to be rather stable around $0.67.
