Hi B, The estimates for 2004 certainly do include some contribution level for NB. There is no other way to exceed $1.30 excluding any capacity increase in Quebec. The bets are hedged regarding when the NB will start up, ramp up & whether they can put it to full use the first year. It is possible for those estimates to ramp up from there but it does not seem very responsible to do it at this time. Maybe we will get a clearer picture on the CC tomorrow? Best regards, Cheers!!!
