Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

I spoke with Bugg the other day. "Tom, why don't you give up, this stock can't ever climb to any significant heights with this many shares outstanding". He is shrugged. This is dead boys, like Beau, Scaffold, CE3, Drayton Valley, the Sand Plant. Bugg is at is again, not paying good honest people. He takes their work and does not pay. Tells them - go ahead, petition us into bankrupcy - you will get nothing. Take shares, atleast you will get your money back. THEY DON'T If the NY guy is such a good business person, tell him to pay bill and take back debt and options, vs stiffing good honest people.
