RE: when is takeover

RE: when is takeoverThe 2002 AR is on https://www.sedar.com according to AR the Buick well is currently producing at 16 mmcf/d and that current company production including their 30% interest in Buick is 10 mmcf/d and 150 bbls/d that is 1817 boe/d. If we value the company at a coservative $25000 per flowing barrel it would fetch 45.4 M$ with 28.4 M shares (fully diluted) that is $1.60 a share. On the other hand established reserves are 12.9 Bcf and 864,000 bbls or 3.014 mmboe (mostly gas) add to that very highly prospective gas acreage and you get roughly the same value.
