RE: NR...2001 prefeasibility...

RE: NR...2001 prefeasibility...Well said starpoint, this is a non-issue at this stage in the project. Now, this is 43-101 in a "nutshell" Mineral exploration As of February 1, 2001, technical reports on mineral exploration, "including disclosures in news releases", must conform to the standards of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) National Instrument 43-101 (PDF file). Only a "qualified person" may supply the technical information on which a news release is based, and must verify that the final version of the release is accurate. An editor plays a crucial role, however, in meeting a second, NI 43-101 Companion Policy (PDF file) requirement: ensuring that the writing is simple and clear: 2.2 Use of Plain Language - Disclosure made by or on behalf of an issuer regarding mineral projects on properties material to the issuer should be understandable. Written disclosure should be presented in an easy to read format using clear and unambiguous language. Wherever possible, data should be presented in table format. The CSA recognize that the technical report required by the Instrument is a document that does not lend itself well to a "plain language" format and therefore urge issuers to consult the responsible qualified person when restating the data and conclusions from a technical report in plain language for use in other public disclosure. end. Bottom line, MOA is being told they have to meet the Canadian "CSA" standard. Quite frankly I look forward to the revised report as it will simply reconfirm the earlier report. CHEERS..
