Demand fuels growth ...in Emirates-CAE training business
LE BOURGET, France, June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In response to growing demand in the Middle East, Europe and Asia for aviation training services, Emirates- CAE Flight Training today announced, during a contract signature ceremony, that it will add a convertible Hawker 800/800XP full- flight simulator to its Dubai facility, and that it has signed three new customers.
The simulator, which will become the centre's sixth, is equipped with CAE's Maxvue Plus visual system. Airlines taking advantage of the Emirates-CAE alliance can procure training for their pilots on a variety of aircraft types: Boeing 737NG, Gulfstream IV, Gulfstream V, Airbus A330/A340 and the Airbus A319/A320/A321/ACJ.

Emirates-CAE Flight Training signed multi-year contracts with Middle East Airlines (MEA), Royal Jet and Arabasco. MEA pilots will receive A330/A340 cross-crew training and will use the CAE Simfinity(TM) line of products and services.
Royal Jet and Arabasco pilots will receive simulator training on the B737NG/Boeing Business Jet, and classroom instruction using CAE Simfinity(TM). Royal Jet will also train its pilots on the Gulfstream IV simulator.
