TomFYI, What I've heard is that the BOD has put in place performance measures for Tom that will be evaluated on monthly basis. Will they have the guts to fire him if he does not meet those measures, I guess we'll have to see. But it still seems that Tom got ANOTHER chance. I think it's time to let the BOD know our feelings and tell them to act NOW. Youngblood
