I smell a secondary offering coming

I smell a secondary offering coming HZ has been selling possibly to avoid a flare out and big fizzle. Also, the money he makes can take down a part of a secondary offering that doesn't sell. Everytime this puppy is going south in a serious way lately, a NR is released. It looks like they are trying to stabilize the price at around $2.50 . Therefore, any placement would probably be at around $2.35 .
