RE: HiIf it isn't you should seriously reconsider your investment in WIN. All recent info. provided by the company indicated that they had sufficient cash reserves for their business plan, that they would be cash flow positive this year, etc. I believe they are also on record as stating that additional cash could be required if needed for incremental revenue purposes (HZ gave an interview a couple of weeks ago that I believe you can access via WST (check some earlier messages for links)). I take the overallotment as a good sign.
However, where the share price goes short term, who knows, if the market drops it would very difficult to see a WIN increase, unless big contracts are achieved.
