A little tidbit on SSB, to help explain the recent drop off the high. Here is my understanding: they announced trial results that were very positive, and met their primary endpoints. However, they had also gone for a "homerun", giving themselves another hurdle, that stated that they expected to double the inter-surgical interval of patients enrolled in the trial. They didn't achieve this, showing about a 70% increase in interval, versus the hurdle rate of 100% increase. If they had achieved this, they had planned to attempt to get approval of an accelerated program....and likely they would be trading much higher right now.
