Takeover Value s/b $0.39cBased on the News Release of July 14, 2003, the value of BSC should be approx $0.39c, since NAB is trading at approx $0.30c. (Shareholders of BSC get 40% of the new combined company, shareholders of NAB get 60 %)
The arbs do not believe that this is the true value since BSC is only $0.18c !
Confusing is it not?
