I had the same problem earlier this year with email and web access. Someone told me to call I.R. at 888-560-2286. I did and spoke to a pleasent fellow who told me that he expected some news within 2 weeks regarding the sale of Publicis that would generate the necessary funds for the purchase of the "other" company. Well that was 6 weeks ago, no news other than the de-listing, and I do not feel like calling again because I would just lose it over the phone. Give it a try yourself and see if you are fed the same diet of PR.
