Full DisclosurNote 10 to f/s
I am not bashing the company, I am just indicating that there are some improprieties and some backroom compensations strategies that, like other companies in the news, exist in this company.
It appears that Jackson's company is getting loans (paid back mind you but none the less getting loans in the first place), getting paid management fees (seems odd when he is the President and is accountable 100% for the company, to require management fees on top of a salary), and 80,000 for rent for a house that he owns (when 15,000 per annum would cover the cost per square feet. Would it not be more prudent for the company to be building equity in the asset or renting at fair market value?)
