Wolverton Securities is a Brokerage House. Some client of that house obviously wanted to pick up some shares. Buts its a house, not an individual. I believe that FCO has presented information on both the cobalt project and the silver refinery to Wolverton several times over the last year or so, which would suggest that some broker may, or for that matter may not have, recommend the stock to a client. There is no way of knowning with any sort of exactitude.
