As stated a couple of weeks ago that we would, we got some good news just before the sharholders meeting.. This latest news release just adds more credibility for IVW in the eyes of the investing community.They have signed TWO BIG deals with TWO different reputable companies (Sentient and Cambrian) in the space of ONLY two month.I am sure, Cambrian just like Sentient, did thier due diligence before they put forth just under a million dollars to invest in IVW. This puts IVW on solid ground in 3 IMPORTANT WAYS: 1) You can say a floor price of .04cent has been put in place FOR IVW.This will act as support for the stock and it will attract 'NEW" investors, as the fear of the stock falling back down to .02cents has all but been removed now.I have for the past two month been stating that anything under .05cents is cheap,I am glad Cambrian agreed. 2) With this latest transaction,IVW stock will continue to be tightly held, where 4 shareholders hold well over 50% of all the o/s shares of the company.This will create less risk going foreward in terms of huge price shocks with the stock, and INSIDERS will have a BIG VESTED INTEREST to see the stock do well. 3)Investing groups like Cambrian, DO NOT buy stocks at .04cents so they can turn around and sell them at .07cents.They are after much bigger returns.A $40 millionCDN market cap for IVW would be fair market value in a few month's time.right now we have a market cap of under $10 mill.You can figure out the rest.
