law suit

law suitShareholders should not be the ones identifying the conflict of interest by the two Pauls. Where is the BCSC commission, or any of the other regulatory authorities. Surely anyone associated with the industry should be able to see through the feeble attempts by SP to cover up this charade. It seems that under the guise of their dire financial condition this board and James believe they can sell off all the assets. What then? How much cash will be left in the company? Are the shareholders suppose to trust James and a board that has led us down this path with cash? James is a master at mixing just enough truth into the brew to make just about anything believable. However, the stock price and dilution are his sole responsibility and there is no hiding what he has done to the shareholders since taking this company public. It's time for some accountability and a complete change of management and board at SP. Who's with me now.....who who who?
