Couple of things, "right place right time" is because of the recent availability of high speed, cheap broadband enabling rich content ASP solutions. No need for merger. We are aiming for a lot more clients than those of accovia. So why split the pie now? Accovia are in a bind, there system is dating, they have clients, clients can't afford upgrade costs of non ASP solution, Accovia can't afford development costs of ASP (time or money) suddenly they are in the twighlight zone with two assets SCS need and can capitlaise on, clients and software engineers. They are doing eachother a favour, the clients do go anywhere. How RR ever cooks up deals like this with such a tiny company and so little cash is testament to his abilities. He has turned around this compnay. I never thought they would sell TT/Sb till we were cash positive and had sound financials, he persuaded compnaies to trust their future with us by convincing people of hwat we were, what we had and where we are going. He is one of few people on the plnaet that could walk into Accovia and sell them on SCS. Can't wait to buy the man a drink or three and say thank you on behalf of all of us. Idle
