RE: Concerns....

RE: Concerns....Difficult one TM, we don't know if there is a deal, if it is a merger, aqquisition (us of them (with what we are strapped for cash) or them of us (we will be asked to vote on that one, and less it was a huge offer I suspect many will say no as we beleive the price has a long upward run in progress), or reseller agreement or other. Understand your concerns, very valid and genuine. Aqquisition and mergers do carry very high risks for such a tiny, cash strapped, loss making company. The word I see bandied about by Jet a lot is 'reseller'. That would not require a vote and avoids almost all of the risks you mention. RR et al have proved very shrewd and capable in their decisions this last year, we may simply have to trust them on this one (and many others I hope). All the compnay has to do to get into profit is keep it's head above water for a few more months. I suspect they will hang on as long as they can to let share price rise then call in the warrants, I beleive we are already over the trigger level and looking less and less likely to go back below. I am sctratching around now for the cash to cover my meagre 60K now. Idle
