RE: This is what they are hidingFirstly, the production decline has already been addressed by the Drumheller drilling program. So far they have much more than replaced the declines, and are adding to production. E. Ladyfern will significantly add to these numbers if any of the rumors have validity (I'm betting on them being correct). Revolving credit facilities can be renegotiated, and SNG has increased their assets and production/cash flow enough that an increase should be expected. The cash for Mariner does not have to be up front IIRC. It's always a good idea to look at any potential downside, however, it's equally important to look at potential upside.
