Jase / CRYMU

Jase / CRYMUAnother opinion for what it's worth Accovia Services https://www.accovia.com/product_suite-e.cfm Accovia USA (Oregon) https://www.tech7.com/ In particular from Tech7; Since its launch in 1983, more than 120 SpeedRes™ business solutions have been installed. Competitively priced, time-tested, and transaction proven, SpeedRes™ is the technology solution for tour operators and leisure travel providers. SpeedRes™ is wholly owned and solely licensed by Accovia USA Corporation, formerly Tech 7 Systems. Accovia USA Corporation is a subsidiary of Accovia Inc. Notes: Accovia inc list SpeedRes™ at the bottom of it's list of services and at the top pushes it's ecommerce solutions which are direct copetition. Name aside, Accovia USA, ie TECH7 is a separate compnay which still wholly owns a separate product competetng with its parent compnay. If the product has been around since 1983 yes it probably is long in the tooth. I suspect that the ecommerce and SpeedRes™ products, although competeting products are aimed at different sized compnaies. If we are talking to oregon, we are only looking at Accovia USA/TEch7, not the whole of Accovia inc. Ensure the accounts you look at are only for that part of the business. Interesting that the two compnaies have kept their business's / services separate and not integrated. Pre IPO? SpeedRes™ has been around since 1983, how long does it take to go to IPO? There may well be trouble / opportunity here. Anyway, guilty of speculating as usual. Whatever happens sure we will know as soon as something is signed.
