I'm sick and tired of waiting too but I believe Rick is in discussions with more than one group and on more than one property (Moore Lake and Lazy Edward). Unfortunately some of these things tend to go on longer than anybody wants. But ultimately JNR does not want to give away its properties, because they are indeed some of the best in the basin. And everyone must understand that he can not be giving a play-by-play of his negotiations on a daily basis. No one would negotiate with him. I am more happy with the state of affairs now than at any other time in the past. There hasn't been this much interest in JNR since the last millenium. The potential to hit a home-run with JNR is great, but the downside is that things are dragging on. But I don't think this is any different than any other junior with no cash. I think everybody's patience will be rewarded and Rick will pull out a deal in the $3 million range over a 4 year period.
