SayheynoBoy, I leave for a couple of days of RnR in Banff, and a whole crop of messages shows up on this BB. You're right about me being too lazy to check the options #'s and do the math.....the gist of my message is that it seems to not matter much that companies buy back their shares. It's mostly an exercise to buy back exercised options IMO, regardless of which compnay it is. I also did not mean to imply that mgmt feels their shares are undervalued....just that that sort of statement often (usually) accompanies share buy back announcements. OK, good luck all....... Dan
