Guys, to be clear, we are buying a small part of Accovia, not the whole thing!!! Thius is a separate company, Tech7, based in Portland, bought and now sold by accovia. Speedres is dated, cost of upgrading (redevelopment too expensive), assume customers not suitable for Accovia's much larger web based tour management applications, so they sold it to us who already have a perfect upgrade for speedres. Don't confuse Accovia income with what we will be making, absoluterly not relevant. This is a great deal for us, but don't over hype such that people are disappointed when it turns out not to be as big as is being suggested, please, we have had too many disappointments on this board over the years, this is good news, lets not spoil it.
