Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. What size float do most biotechs have? ONC's seems to be pretty small to me. don't worry, if they keep raising money at these price that they won't need for 3 years, they will correct the small float concern for you. it seems that anyone with money and an interest in the science can approach these guys to buy in at below market prices, before something material happens in the company, as Brad might put it.
