Trader & Woodman

Trader & WoodmanOutside of filing a class action lawsuit you might consider calling the BCSC and filing a complaint. From the information on this board, it would appear that there are grounds for a conflict of interest complaint at the very least regarding the 2 consultants purchasing the only profitable division of the company. At question should be whether or not this was indeed an arms length transaction. Confirmation on who negotiated the original purchase at over $2. If either of the Pauls had any hand in the original purchase and ended up buying it a year later for 50K and a note it seem that the commission would have grounds for investigating. It will be interesting to see how long it takes before everyone disappears from this deal.
