RE: still halted? *geesh*The longer this thing is halted, the more i agree with you. Chinese are famous for their haggling, chiselling, bartering, negotiating.... etc.. Chinese might be more comfortable dealing with a small Canadian/Aussie consortium in a backwater Solomon island location, vs big powers (and their graft) in say, Indonesia and Philippines. Or the heavy hitters over on Goro, Falconbridge and Inco....
