Norm, some brokers are churning the stock, in the states it's illeagal,but done on the small caps. They work as a group and manipulate the pricing a number of cents then others buy or sell,essentially to make their weekend cash. Also the MM has his trades to manipulate to make money. I believe this must be legal on the TSE as was informed,done all the time. IE follow Cannacord 33 and watch their trades as certain issues keep bouncing on a few shares then a few thousand then more shares.
