Again, it is very clear that with all the public info out there, it would be a stretch to think this was the buy of the century. It appears that unles halcyon wants to share with us his factual data, which could easily be picked aparrt, one would conclude that halcyon thinks he has the inside lane from "his source". Halcyon let us your details as I too think I have a handle on the facts.
