As far as EV owning the property, they currently have a valid agreement in place through Ras Borati for the rights to the property with EPS. This agreement has not been terminated. All Erin is doing here is ammending the agreement to bring on a new JV partner to replace EPS, increase the size of the property to include the entire Jarandol basin and change the concession to fall under the new law.
I don't think this is a very rah-rah post and I don't believe my other one was either. You said that, "I suppose your reasoning led you to an optimistic conclussion." Can you find fault with my reasoning? Can you tell me why the JV partner needs Erin if this property is going up for tender? If you can, I would be very interested in your response.
I am not pumping anything here, just presenting some facts instead of looking at the share price and saying someone must know something bad and is therefore selling.
If you do not agree with what I have written above about Erin owning the property, then give Blake a call and ask him. That is where I got it from.
So as a result of yesterdays information or misinformation, we end up down only 1.5 cents but we have approximately 150,000 shares shaken lose from the weak hands.
