INTERESTING.........Aha ...... I see Stan has now taken the one of two remaining steps ... that of a Public Notice and after the alloted time he may then proceed to requesting the issuing of required paper work, and Bingo things should then start rolling. I do not forsee any TREE Huggers being a problem as there are no tree there to Hug. I believe the Train is getting loaded and ready to leave the station very sooooooooooooon. Cheers Walter
