..to make HCrappy,Kazmann etc see some basic business rules.
1.If you are going to create a scenario where a company can sign a contract and then be allowed to walk away from it without penalty you might as well give up forming contractural relationships. There is no point.Just let people agree to do deals then go back on their word if it suits them.Is that what you really believe in? Would you be happy if I did that to you?
2.To say that UNB should walk away from its contractural rights in Mildred Peak because it costs too much to defend them is ludicrous. On that basis I can agree to buy your houses and if I change my mind walk away because I know you won't be justified in spending the money to enforce the contract.
3.UNB can pursue its new commercial agenda and at the same time pursue GAI via legal means. It's not re inventing the wheel to sue someone. It happens all the time whilst people get on with their lives.
If you cannot see the basic truths then I have to conclude that you have a particular agenda that will be threatened by UNB taking legal action- and please don't start that BS again about 'moving on' 'cost of legal action'- you and I know its a smokescreen.
